Selection Criteria

Three questions determine the model

Differences in PBX systems lie in slots, interface cards, and networking capabilities. By narrowing requirements to these three dimensions, selection is typically finalized in one round.

01

Set extension and call first

Count seat numbers, concurrent call channels, and peak-hour traffic to determine the number of chassis slots and whether an expansion chassis is needed.

02

Re-select relay type

Confirm whether the carrier provides analog lines, E1 digital trunks, or SIP trunks. The interface card must match the service provider's provisioning method.

03

Finally, review networking and services.

Multi-site deployments require unified short numbers and centralized operations. Verify whether separate licenses are needed for call recording, hotel integration, CTI, and other services.

Page parameters are compiled from vendor public data. Interface board configurations, licenses, and pricing are subject to the selection list confirmation.

Tell me the number of extensions and trunk type.

Specify the number of workstations, concurrent channels, existing trunks (analog/E1/SIP), and whether networking is required. We will provide a configuration list including the system model, interface cards, and handsets.
